Archoil AR9100 Oil Additive is a high-performance 16 oz oil treatment designed to improve lubrication, reduce friction, and support smoother operation in diesel and gasoline engines. It is especially well known for helping address injector stiction in 6.0L and 7.3L Power Stroke HEUI systems, where injector stiction can contribute to cold-start misfires, rough idle, and sluggish engine response.

One 16 oz bottle is designed to treat one 6.0L or 7.3L Power Stroke engine using approximately 13–16 quarts of engine oil. AR9100 can also be used in other diesel and gasoline engines, as well as motorcycles and selected automotive fluids, when used at the recommended treatment rate.

The advanced oil additive formula helps reduce friction and improve lubrication under demanding operating conditions. By supporting smoother component movement, it can help improve throttle response and overall drivability while reducing operating noise, vibration, and heat.
